Described by NBC as the “prodigy” of drug politics and policy, Kevin A. Sabet, PhD, is an author, consultant, former advisor to the presidential administrations of Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and George W. Bush, an affiliate of Yale University’s Institution for Social and Policy Studies and the Medical School, and serves as the President and CEO of both Smart Approaches to Marijuana, which he founded with former Congressman Patrick Kennedy in 2013 and the Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions. He has studied, researched, written about, and implemented drug policy for more than 25 years.
