Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Champion audience growth and engagement, measuring success through key performance indicators such as views, plays, streams, and subscribers.
- Enhance membership sign-ups and newsletter email subscriptions, with an eye toward converting memberships into donations.
- Seek out and establish innovative partnership opportunities to broaden content distribution and audience reach.
- Oversee and optimize Google AdWords and other paid advertising campaigns across social media to meet ROI goals and KPIs.
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategy development for new products and programs, targeting improvements across email, social, and web.
- Maintain and fortify existing content marketing partnerships through diligent reporting and strategic content curation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for audience engagement, platform management, and analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on audience growth and engagement trends for stakeholders, and use insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing or audience development, with a preference for backgrounds in publishing.
- Expertise in current digital media trends and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
