Tom Ginsburg
Tom Ginsburg is a law professor at the University of Chicago and a scholar of international and comparative law. He is the author of several books on constitutional democracy and the rule of law, including most recently “How to Save a Constitutional Democracy,” which he co-authored with Aziz Huq. Before teaching, he served as a legal adviser at the Iran-US Claims Tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands, and he continues to work with numerous international development agencies and foreign governments on legal and constitutional reform.
