David McIntosh
David McIntosh is the president of Club for Growth, a nonprofit organization focusing on tax cuts and other economic issues in the United States. He was a former congressman for Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District from 1995 to 2001 and was also a co-founder of The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy, where he serves as the Vice Chairman on its Board of Directors. He previously served as Special Assistant to the Attorney General and as Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Affairs during the Reagan administration, as the executive director of the President’s Council on Competitiveness and Assistant to the Vice President during George H.W. Bush’s presidency, and was a partner at Mayer Brown, LLP. He received a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. cum laude from Yale University, where he was president of the Yale Political Union.
